About Us
Connecting Jacksonville Homeowners With Local Pool Pros
From routine cleaning to complex repairs, we connect Jacksonville homeowners with a local pool company. Free to request, no obligation.
Who We Are
How JAX Pool Care Works
JAX Pool Care is a free request service. We are not a pool company ourselves. When you call or send a request, we connect you with a local pool company that serves your area, and they contact you directly.
Requesting service is free and there is no obligation to hire. Before any work starts, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get the price, contract terms, and any warranty in writing.
Northeast Florida's subtropical climate means pools here need year-round attention. The heat, humidity, afternoon rain, and coastal conditions all create unique challenges. Ask the pool company how they handle each of them to keep your water balanced and your equipment running smoothly year-round.
Our Approach
Consistency First
Ask for the same technician on the same day every week, so you know who is coming and when.
Thorough Every Visit
We never cut corners. Every visit includes full cleaning, chemical testing, and an equipment check.
Honest Communication
We tell you what your pool needs and what it does not. No upselling, no unnecessary work.
Proactive Problem Prevention
We catch small issues before they become expensive repairs. Prevention saves you money.
